I live in Half Moon Bay and needed a new gas water heater. I called Caccia Plumbing in San Mateo to inquire about their pricing and spoke to Zaida who was incredibly helpful and lovely to talk to. Zaida scheduled for someone to come out to assess my water heater within a couple of days and the scheduling process was smooth and simple. Joseph was the technician who came out and he was so professional, knowledgeable, and so great to work with. He took a close look at the water heater and gave me information to allow me to make an informed decision on replacing. He said he would be able to install the new water heater the same day and his colleague, Andrew, came out with all the equipment and they worked together to get everything done quickly, efficiently, and with a great amount of care and attention. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and stress free and the price was right too! I will definitely be using Caccia Plumbing again and will be recommending to others. Jaime Magana and Hector came to install the whole house water filtration system. He was very professional and polite. Before starting working on the project, he makes sure to review the process with me first to ensure we have the same understanding. When there was a discrepancy, he told me not to worry and will clear it with his boss before proceeding. It made me feel valued, easing my concerns, as a customer. The work done was very clean, detail oriented, and came out looking nice and professional. I am very pleased with the job. I was the fourth family to be referred to Caccia and I can see why they were recommended as a referral. Will definitely continue to refer Caccia to other families in the neighborhood.

Highly recommend for plumbing projects! Oaf and Cristian are very professional. When they helped me with my clog, they were able to identify a hidden city clean out near the clog. Even with the clog being the responsible of the city, they went beyond and helped snake the clog to restore my sewer. They also showed me around the neighborhood so I could get a good idea how the sewer lines work. Cassia will be my top choice for my future plumbing projects!

Shaun did a great job installing the new dual-flush toilet. He carefully caulked around the base, leaving a small gap to allow any leaks to drip out and become noticeable. He explained that this prevents water from pooling under the toilet and causing more serious damage.

I had some leaky pipes in my bathroom that needed some immediate attention. I chose to call Caccia Plumbing because I have seen the owner at multiple car shows and he had the reputation of being a nice person who did qualify work. They sent out Joseph, who was very professional, very friendly, very polite and a pleasure to deal with. He went over all the possible options and explained everything in detail, without rushing me or trying to sell me anything I really didn’t need. The job was completed in a timely manner and I was completely satisfied and happy with his work. I highly recommend Caccia Plumbing and if possible, request Joseph. I know you can only give 5 stars here, but if I could give more, I’d give them a hundred.

I recently had need of plumbing services for an overflowing kitchen sink. I called Cacciatore Plumbing and they sent two Plumbers to my home the very next day.
